Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications. Seeking a skilled CRMA (CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM) Developer with strong expertise in building datasets, recipes, and dashboards. The role will focus on designing scalable analytics solutions that enable actionable insights for business and leadership stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. - Design, build, and manage CRMA datasets by ingesting data from Salesforce and external sources. - Develop and maintain CRMA recipes for data transformation, cleansing, joins, aggregations, and calculations. - Create interactive dashboards and lenses that deliver meaningful insights aligned to business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to governance and security standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve data, recipe, and dashboard-related issues. - Support enhancements, releases, and ongoing maintenance of CRMA analytics assets. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and APIs. - Experience with low-code platforms for application development. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization strategies. - Strong hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics). - Proven expertise in creating datasets, recipes, dashboards, and lenses. - Experience working with Salesforce objects, data models, and relationships. - Solid understanding of data transformation and aggregation concepts. - Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective dashboards. - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
