Summary: We are seeking skilled professionals specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise IAM platforms. As part of the security operations team, you will manage end to end identity lifecycle processes, ensure secure and compliant access, administer IAM tools (such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, and PAM platforms), and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to maintain a robust access management posture. Roles & Responsibilities: Execute daily IAM operations including user provisioning, de provisioning, access modifications, and group/role management. Manage and support directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, including troubleshooting authentication and access issues. Support IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Delinea, and other access management tools to maintain steady state operations. Monitor and review access rights, resolve access-related incidents, and ensure adherence to compliance and governance requirements. Coordinate with application, security, and infrastructure teams for access onboarding, integrations, and resolving user access issues. Participate in periodic access certifications, audit support activities, and remediation of audit findings. Document operational procedures, SOPs, workflows, and maintain accurate records of IAM activities. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA. Hands on experience with AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP directories, including group policies, access controls, and directory troubleshooting. Exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Okta, Ping, Delinea/PAM, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow. Ability to onboard and manage accounts on platforms including AD, Azure AD, LDAP, Oracle, SQL, Windows, Linux, and various enterprise applications. Familiarity with IT/Security technologies such as DNS, PKI/Certificates, Firewalls, networking basics, and security policies. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Shell, Python) for automating operational tasks. Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. Quick learner with willingness to engage in cross skilling and continuous upskilling. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a global team environment. Additional Information: Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of IAM platforms and operational processes, with the ability to support multiple IAM technologies. Candidates with foundational IAM knowledge who demonstrate strong learning aptitude are also encouraged to apply. This role may be based across multiple locations in India. BE/B.Tech., MCA, or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a strong academic foundation. A minimum of 15 years of full time education is required.
