Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative software solutions by leveraging modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create value across diverse projects, all while maintaining a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. You will work within an Agile framework, ensuring that the application development process is efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of modular architecture and design patterns. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and mobile application development. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
