Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experiences. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to optimize user interactions with the product. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of user experience elements. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
