Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:
As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives. Your role requires continuous collaboration, strategic thinking, and ensuring that the proposed solutions are both feasible and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and driving project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture within complex technology environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and scalable approaches.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
