Summary: You will be part of team responsible for the support of Finance functions for a utility client. Supporting application issues, working with business in data analysis and coordination with the vendor will be core responsibilities. You will also participate in calls with user for system improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, ensuring that the applications you support align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Point of contact responsible for various financial applications - custom built or COTS - Collaborate with other IT teams for troubleshooting issues - Communicate with stakeholders - Engage with multiple internal teams for status update - Open to learning new skills - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Production support experience in a 24x7 environment. 3 years of experience minimum - Knowledge of Incident Management , Change Management , Problem management - Experience with Automic scheduling tool and ServiceNow preferred - Strong understanding of SQL , queries and ability to analyze production issues - Good communication skills and proficiency in English - Role will involve working in rotational Shifts (including night ) to support US Eastern timing Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years in ASP.NET /VB .NET/SQL - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
