Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring compliance with established protocols. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that security services are effectively aligned with client requirements and industry standards, while also adapting to evolving security challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with risk assessment frameworks. - Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards. - Familiarity with incident response and management processes. - Experience in implementing security policies and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Security. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
