Summary: We are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian Jira environment. The ideal candidate will ensure Jira supports our project management, agile workflows, and reporting needs while maintaining system stability, security, and scalability. System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Jira software, plugins, and integrations. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions. Workflow Customization: Design, implement, and optimize Jira workflows, schemes, and automation rules. System Upgrades: Plan and execute Jira upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Training & Support: Provide guidance, documentation, and training to end-users and project teams. Governance & Compliance: Ensure Jira usage aligns with organizational policies, data security, and compliance standards. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Jira administration, workflows, schemes, and automation. Scripting & Automation: Familiarity with Groovy, ScriptRunner, or similar automation tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks. Experience: 3+ years of Jira administration in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
