Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Good to have skills : ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Summary: Must have experience with ITAM & ServiceNow integration modules. Requirement is to developer Asset Management process flows hence prior experience in same will help. Looking for 3-5 years of Development experience. Your day will involve developing and implementing asset management strategies that align with financial policies and business objectives, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will collaborate with various teams to gather insights and data, enabling you to make informed recommendations that drive success for both clients and the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve asset management strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). - Strong analytical skills to assess asset performance and profitability. - Ability to develop comprehensive asset management strategies. - Proficient in Integration of servicenow modules.
