Summary: Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge software technologies. Learn and understand current core business processes and existing technical solutions. Help migrate existing multi-channel support workflows into the centralized omnichannel system for numerous LinkedIn business lines. Develop scalable, high-volume, performant, and reliable user-centric systems and applications that operate 24x7. Build systematic workflows for live service channels as well as asynchronous service channels through interactions with ACD, IVR, CTI, CRM, etc. in the contact center domain. Leverage technology to improve business workflow for support agents via scripting, custom components, custom applications, etc. Build automation for any repeatable manual support workflows. Design, configure, and implement strategic and operational projects supporting the Global Support organization and other business teams handling customer interactions. Support ongoing system maintenance and system upgrades as necessary. Configure and customize omnichannel cloud system features (queues, workgroups, customized reports, etc.) to meet the needs of the business. Help manage and optimize skills-based, queue/priority routing. Learn and understand the customer contact strategy for different business lines and match the system channel (voice, email, chat, social, etc.) setup with the business line strategy. Collaborate with system admins, software engineers, business analysts, and other IT professionals to implement end-to-end solutions. Analyze information in the system to proactively identify and develop solutions for issues or optimization opportunities. Apply prior Nice InContact system experience to provide operational assistance to address the needs of internal users Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
