Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with colleagues to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions that align with industry standards, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology education and empower individuals to excel in their careers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Experience in developing course materials and assessments. - Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops. - Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and their applications in the industry. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
