Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. A typical day may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design concepts to ensure that the final product meets user expectations and enhances usability. You will also engage in discussions to share findings and contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring that user-centered design principles are at the forefront of the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with design software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator. - Ability to create engaging animations and visual content. - Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
