Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. You will lead comprehensive assessments of the current operational state, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs. Your role includes shaping the framework and strategies necessary to implement effective business solutions. Additionally, you will develop compelling business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. This position requires a thoughtful approach to bridging business goals with practical execution plans, fostering alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on business objectives and solution approaches.
- Support the development and communication of strategic business plans and roadmaps.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business needs into structured solution frameworks.
- Ability to develop clear and persuasive business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate consensus.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing independent responsibilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
