Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the organization while maintaining compatibility and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business requirements. - Engage in regular system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal application functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management. - Experience with application integration and data migration processes. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
