Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you develop are user-friendly and meet the highest standards of quality. You will also participate in testing and refining applications based on user feedback, ensuring that the final product aligns with both user needs and business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and user expectations, making a significant impact on the overall user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity within the team. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
