Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the software environment, and providing support to users as needed. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of software testing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with test case design and execution. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
