Summary: The Associate Director – IBM Maximo / MAS is a strategic leader responsible for driving the overall vision, growth, and excellence of the Maximo EAM practice. This role combines enterprise-level client advisory, practice leadership, and business management to scale delivery capabilities, shape digital asset management strategies, and accelerate adoption of Maximo/MAS solutions globally. The Associate Director partners with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Operations) to deliver digital transformation through Maximo-powered ecosystems. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Maximo / MAS practice, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital and EAM strategies. Serve as executive sponsor for marquee Maximo transformation programs, ensuring client success, profitability, and strategic alignment. Build and nurture C-level relationships, advising clients on asset management modernization, AI-enabled maintenance, and sustainability-driven EAM transformation. Lead the portfolio governance across multiple programs — ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. Drive solution innovation, establishing reference architectures, frameworks, and IP-led accelerators. Develop strategic partnerships with IBM and ecosystem vendors, driving joint go-to-market and co-innovation initiatives. Manage P&L ownership for Maximo/MAS portfolio, ensuring growth, margins, and utilization targets. Champion talent development, competency building, and leadership pipeline across the practice. Represent the organization in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client showcases as a thought leader in EAM transformation. Contribute to business expansion through sales enablement, account growth strategies, and executive-level proposal presentations. Professional & Technical Skills: Recognized authority in IBM Maximo, MAS architecture, and EAM transformation strategy. Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar, global Maximo programs with business outcome focus. Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, and predictive maintenance within the Maximo ecosystem. Expertise in digital twins, sustainability analytics, and data-driven asset lifecycle optimization. Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and strategic client portfolios. Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and strategic problem-solving abilities. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, and business domains. Additional Information: 18–20+ years of total experience, with extensive leadership in IBM Maximo / MAS delivery and strategy. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Strong program governance, portfolio management, and commercial leadership background. IBM Maximo certifications, advanced program management credentials, and experience in global consulting environments preferred.
