Job Description: Client Visits Team – Content Architect - Agenda Creator and Narrative Curator Tech Consulting Hiring for Reinvention Services Role Summary The Content Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping high-impact client engagements by crafting compelling, outcome-led narratives and visit agendas aligned to each client s strategic priorities and business challenges. Working closely with account teams, sales leadership, and subject matter experts, this role translates complex ideas into clear, executive-ready stories that bring the client s vision to life. The Content Architect is responsible for anchoring every client interaction in a strong storyline—one that connects the client s current state, desired future outcomes, and Accenture s capabilities in a cohesive, relevant, and engaging way. By leveraging innovative storytelling approaches and design thinking, the role helps elevate the overall client experience and drive meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead assessments of the client s current business state to identify priorities, challenges, and high-level requirements. Design tailored storylines, agendas, and engagement structures aligned to client objectives and desired outcomes. Develop compelling, executive-level narratives that articulate value, relevance, and impact across the client journey. Orchestrate contributions from SMEs and diverse Accenture capabilities to deliver an integrated, end-to-end story. Translate complex business and technology concepts into simple, outcome-driven messages for senior audiences. Collaborate closely with account teams, sales, and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement success. Partner with design thinking and experience teams to explore innovative formats and modes of storytelling. Support the development of business cases and solution framing where required. Working with client visit experience elements, ensuring a seamless and high-quality engagement. Professional & Technical Skills Must Have: Strong experience in Sales Enablement or client engagement storytelling Excellent communication, storytelling, and senior stakeholder management skills Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear narratives and agendas Good to Have: Industry knowledge and have worked with clients closely. Technology specialization and/or strong domain expertise Understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies Experience developing business cases and solution frameworks Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, client engagement design, consulting, or a similar role Educational background in business administration, management, or a related field preferred Proven track record of delivering high-impact, executive-level client engagements Additional Information Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune Role requires close collaboration across multiple teams and comfort operating in high-visibility, client-facing environments
