Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Technical/Functional Skills STIBO MDM Development Experience Ability to configure/develop STEP Solution components such as business rules, Workflows, Import , Exports , Web UIs, Endpoints, etc. Strong experience in data modelling and data migration Working experience in data profiling/data quality Work with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business analysts. Good Technical knowledge on Core Java & XML Strong communication and documentation skills. STIBO certification is an added advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
