Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the development of comprehensive technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, focusing on structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner actively contributes to problem-solving efforts, ensuring that solutions are practical and grounded in scientific and socio-economic understanding. Daily activities include coordinating with teams to integrate diverse engineering inputs and maintaining a holistic view of project requirements to deliver effective outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze engineering data to inform decision-making.
- Assist in documenting technical processes and maintaining accurate records to support engineering activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering workflows and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Defense, Aircraft Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in repair manual authoring.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and regulatory requirements related to aircraft structures.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical information within multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0 year of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education, BE, BTech, or AME is required.
