Summary: As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to enhance awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with established standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining the integrity and reliability of service delivery, ultimately supporting the organization's objectives and enhancing stakeholder trust. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of compliance requirements. - Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with risk assessment methodologies. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to develop and implement risk management strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
