Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovative approaches to application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs. - Strong understanding of application configuration and release management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability issues. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
