Summary: As an Dot Net Manager, you will lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will play a key role in architecting, building, and stabilizing enterprise-grade applications while ensuring delivery excellence, system reliability, and continuous improvement. Your role will balance technical depth, people leadership, and strategic decision-making, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET full stack applications and enterprise systems. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high performance, technical excellence, and career growth. - Responsible for team decisions. - Drive solution design and problem resolution that spans across multiple teams and systems - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Review designs, code, and database solutions to maintain quality and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Solid expertise in backend development using .NET / .NET Core / Web APIs - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Strong hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React - Strong database skills in T-SQL (SQL Server) or Oracle PL/SQL, including performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. Good to Have Skills - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and modern deployment strategies. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
