Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting software problems, and providing solutions that enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that all processes are followed to uphold service quality. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
