Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Key responsibilities Development of python programs using pure python, pandas, Polars. Design and implement solutions to meet business requirements Support and maintenance Develop and maintain metadata, user access and security controls Provide technical support for users and resolve system issues Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, process flows and system diagrams Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Python programming language. Should have worked with 3rd party libraries like pandas, polars etc. Experience in Orchestration, cache techniques, API s and working on cloud platforms. Experience in solutioning and architecting applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Preferred Experience in Financial Services, preferable in the Credit risk domain Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required
