Summary:
As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. Collaboration is a key aspect, working closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of design activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RTL Coding.
- Strong knowledge of digital circuit design principles including logic synthesis and timing analysis.
- Experience with simulation and verification methodologies to validate design functionality.
- Familiarity with power optimization techniques in digital design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physical design and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex digital systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in RTL Coding.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
