Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will oversee the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day involves designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, ensuring alignment with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership and foster collaboration across various teams, advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of Responsible AI principles. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI solutions to ensure compliance with ethical standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices. - Strong understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Experience in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
