Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the cloud security framework and architecture tailored to align with business objectives and performance standards. This role includes thorough documentation of the implementation process for cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection within the cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within cloud infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to cloud security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
