Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that the applications function seamlessly to meet organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization. - Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Strong understanding of system integration and data flow between applications. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
