Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing challenges, and contributing to the overall development process. You will also be responsible for performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Cognos Business Intelligence. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Cognos TM1, PySpark. - Strong understanding of data modeling and reporting techniques. - Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using IBM Cognos tools. - Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Cognos Business Intelligence. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
