Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Viamedici ePIM solutions for enterprise-level product data management. Create and optimize data models, taxonomies, and digital asset structures for both greenfield and brownfield implementations. Develop automation scripts, custom connectors, and integration workflows using Python and JavaScript. Integrate PIM systems with other enterprise applications using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and data transformation techniques. Perform data querying, reporting, and validation using SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PIM configurations and integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience working with PIM platforms, specifically Viamedici ePIM. Strong understanding of product data modeling, taxonomy, and digital asset management. Proven experience in designing data models for diverse implementation scenarios. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and data transformation. Familiarity with JavaScript for front-end or integration scripting, formatting core API responses to desired canonical form. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have: Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and integration tasks. Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying and reporting. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts. Familiarity with cloud-based PIM Tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. JD for Viamedici Functional lead: Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional owner for Viamedici ePIM implementations, driving end-to-end solution design and delivery. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams. Design and validate data models, taxonomies, and digital asset structures for greenfield and brownfield projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, IT, and Operations to define workflows and governance models. Lead functional workshops, user story creation, and backlog prioritization in Agile environments. Ensure seamless integration of PIM with ERP, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems through API-based solutions. Support UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption. Provide guidance on best practices for product data governance, enrichment, and syndication. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in PIM/MDM platforms, with at least 3+ years on Viamedici ePIM. Strong understanding of product data modeling, taxonomy, and digital asset management. Proven experience in functional design and business process mapping for PIM implementations. Ability to write clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration concepts (technical understanding to liaise with developers). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Python scripting for data validation or automation (basic understanding). Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards. Experience with cloud-based PIM deployments and integration with eCommerce platforms.
