Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or specific components of a contract, ensuring that all operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to maintain service quality and efficiency, while also identifying opportunities for additional work through up-selling or cross-selling. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with organizational goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with legacy system integration. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications. - Familiarity with database management systems and data migration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
