Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications to support business objectives. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system functionality and user experience, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software systems that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS). - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies. - Ability to create detailed documentation for system processes and troubleshooting steps. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
