Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements, ensuring that the software is both functional and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in designing, developing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP (Data Cloud). - Should be able to define Salesforce best practices aligned canonical customer, account, and interaction models. - Design and govern data ingestion from Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) as well as External systems (CRM, ERP, CMS, eCommerce, analytics platforms) - Define identity resolution strategies, including matching rules and reconciliation logic, configure profile unification rules and identity graphs. - Define data quality rules and monitoring mechanisms - Should be able to create implementable solutions and explain to team members. - Should be able to design identity resolution and user stitching strategies and ensure data consistency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SFMC, and other core systems - Should establish governance standards for configuration, naming, and versioning - Should ensure personalization solutions comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform. - Experience with customer data integration and management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad / GGN / Pune / Bangalore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
