Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also overseeing training and pilot programs. Your role will require you to monitor and control the progress of the deployment plan, ensuring that all metrics are met and that interdependencies are effectively managed. Collaboration and communication will be key components of your daily activities as you work to achieve successful deployment outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure team readiness. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of deployment methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret deployment metrics for continuous improvement. - Familiarity with stakeholder management and communication strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
