Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the overall quality of the software being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing Veeva CRM applications. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
