Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various system components, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to identify potential issues early. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles including continuous testing and automation.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and strategies.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze defects and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
