Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the implementation of the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of various stakeholders and contributes to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with configuration management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
