Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: -Define the right architecture to secure customer deployment supporting the Business Solution implementation. -Secure the deployment of PLM project by operating and maintaining DS solutions in customer’s information system environments. -Drive the hardware/network/infrastructure assessment. -Design and document a technical Architecture guide related to the customer’s PLM infrastructure setup and deployment, and the integration of DS Solutions with the customer’s current information system; -Share expertise with customer on change management regarding infrastructure processes. -Validate technical prerequisites (software/ hardware) in the customer environment and compliancy with DS products. -Deploy products upgrades and migrate customer information system. -Operate and maintain DS products on customer site. -Audit and propose solutions regarding the main customer operational issues. This includes tuning of DS products and related key software components (like OS, DB, Application and Web Servers); -Write installation, operation, and technical migration guides about infrastructure. -Define Reference Architectures, Designs & Standards for Technologies development. -Identify continuously reference architectures, Designs & standards. -Prototype and assess Reference Architectures, Designs and Standards. -Publish Architectures, Designs & Standards Referential to Technology Managers. -Identify problems to be solved (from functional and non-functional requirements); -Propose Alternative Architectures, Designs and Standards to Technology Managers. -Create and motivate lead teams to deploy Reference Architectures, Designs & Standards. -Create a consensus and understanding around Reference Architectures, Designs & standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. -Validate technical prerequisites (software/hardware) in the customer environment and compliancy with DS product. -Deploy DS products upgrade and migrate customer's PLM information system. -Operate and maintain DS products on customer's site. -Audit and propose solutions regarding the main customer operational issues. This includes tuning/configuration of DS products and related key software component as Operating System, DataBases, application and wed servers. -Write installation, operation and migration guides dedicated to the customer IT team. -Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability. -Perform assessment and recommendations for PLM infrastructure design, PCS tuning and monitoring. -Define and lead performance scalability and testing projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required
