Summary: Responsible for executing and maintaining manual test activities across Integration, System, and End-to-End testing with a strong focus on Salesforce functional testing. The role involves defect analysis, regression testing, test data management, and close collaboration with automation teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Job Responsibilities - Set up, execute, and maintain manual test scripts for Integration (API), System, and End-to-End testing across multiple environments - Perform root cause analysis, log and retest defects, and update test cases - Manage test data required for test execution - Maintain and execute regression test suites - Collaborate with test automation teams to identify regression scenarios for automation - Conduct peer reviews of test cases and results Technical Skills - Knowledge of software testing methodologies (ISTQB) - Experience in Salesforce Functional Manual Testing (Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds) - Strong expertise in manual testing including System, Integration, and Acceptance Testing Optional / Preferred Skills - Experience with TOSCA test automation - Ability to develop and maintain test cases using TOSCA - Hands-on experience in API testing using tools such as SoapUI, Postman, and Swagger
