Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. Utilizing modern development methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes software to meet evolving business requirements, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve software components for better performance and reliability.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and experience in managing SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis.
- Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and patch management.
- Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
