Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for industrial software and automation initiatives at each client account. Your typical day involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and IT/OT stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver industrial control system software. You will contribute to end-to-end delivery across PLC programming, SCADA/HMI configuration, industrial communications, commissioning support, and ongoing enhancements—ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable plant operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in industrial automation and software delivery (OT/controls).
- Should have influencing and advisory skills with client stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, IT/OT, Quality, EHS).
- Own technical solutioning, estimates, and delivery planning for PLC/SCADA enhancements, migrations, and new implementations.
- Engage with multiple teams (controls, MES, networks, cybersecurity, cloud/edge) and contribute on key decisions and design reviews.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple plants/lines, including standardization and reusable libraries/templates.
- Facilitate workshops to gather control narratives, I/O lists, alarm philosophy, HMI standards, and reporting needs.
- Support factory/site commissioning activities: FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, loop checks, tuning, and cutover planning.
- Mentor junior professionals and promote best practices for industrial software quality, safety, documentation, and change control.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: PLC programming and industrial control software development (IEC 61131-3 concepts such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text).
- Must To Have Skills: SCADA/HMI design and configuration (graphics, alarms, trends, historian tags, security, reports).
- Strong understanding of industrial automation architecture (sensor/actuator layer, PLC/DCS, SCADA).
- Experience with industrial communication protocols and networking (e.g., OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of commissioning practices and documentation (control philosophy, FDS/SDS, test cases, as-built drawings).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and reliability considerations in OT environments (segmentation, accounts/roles, backups, patching, audit trails).
- Ability to analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions in control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in industrial software development / automation solutions with PLC and SCADA exposure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
