Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions that integrate artificial intelligence at their core. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that the products you build are ready for production and meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your work will focus on applying innovative AI-native methodologies to enhance the development process, validate solutions effectively, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of software operations. Collaboration and continuous refinement of engineering practices are key aspects of your daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven software development with project goals and timelines.
- Continuously monitor and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-native software solutions within complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software quality assurance practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and their integration with AI-based applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
