Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions that integrate artificial intelligence at their core. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that the products you build are ready for production and meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your work will focus on applying innovative AI-driven methodologies to enhance software development processes and operations, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the engineering environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-native software development with project goals and timelines.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate software performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and AI-native engineering practices.
- Experience in building and deploying production-ready software solutions.
- Ability to maintain quality and compliance standards throughout the software development process.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
