Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract, ensuring that all operational, contractual, and financial obligations are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance service efficiency and explore potential opportunities for additional work, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks. - Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. - Ability to analyze security incidents and develop mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in security governance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
