As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Organization's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data mapping and transformation processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with various SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - A 15 years full time education is required."
