Required Skills: - Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), EKS Addons and containerized workloads - Expertise in Terraform - Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Octopus) - Strong Linux and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Powershell) - Basic AWS services like S3, Secrets Manager, Load Balancers, Route53 and ACM, EC2, Security Groups and IAM Nice To Have(s): - Experience supporting data platforms (Airflow, Spark, Snowflake) - Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security best practices - Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) - Experience with hybrid architectures (on-prem + cloud) - DevOps / Platform Engineer (AWS EKS IaC) Role Overview: - The DevOps Engineer owns the reliability, security, and automation of the data platform infrastructure, enabling data engineers to move fast while maintaining production- grade standards. Core Responsibilities: - Operate and scale EKS clusters supporting Airflow and data services - Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) - Manage AWS networking, IAM, and cross-account access - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data platform services and workflows using Azure DevOps, Octopus and Github Actions - Ensure high availability, monitoring, and alerting for platform components - Support secure connectivity between AWS, Snowflake, and on-prem systems - Implement observability (logs, metrics, alerts) for pipelines and infrastructure - Lead incident response and platform reliability improvements
