Summary: As a Lead Analyst – Adobe Analytics, you will own the end-to-end analytics implementation and governance using Adobe Analytics with AEP Web SDK and Mobile SDK across web and mobile platforms. You will define tracking architecture, ensure data quality and compliance, and act as the primary subject matter expert guiding stakeholders and mentoring analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: -Act as the primary SME for Adobe Analytics and AEP Web & Mobile SDK implementations. -Own end-to-end solution design, implementation architecture, and analytics governance. -Lead and execute Adobe Analytics implementations across web, iOS, and Android platforms. -Design and review tracking specifications, data layers, event schemas, and XDM models. -Configure Datastreams, Schemas, and Adobe Edge Network setups. -Collaborate with development, QA, product, and marketing teams to ensure flawless deployment. -Validate and QA implementations using Assurance, Web SDK debugger, and network logs. -Build advanced dashboards and reports using Analysis Workspace. -Deliver deep insights on customer journeys, conversion optimization, and digital performance. -Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. -Mentor and guide junior analysts on implementation frameworks, tools, and best practices. -Maintain governance documentation including data dictionaries and implementation guides. Professional & Technical Skills: -Must Have Skills: -Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, AEP Web SDK, and Mobile SDK. -Deep understanding of XDM schemas, Datastreams, and Adobe Edge Network architecture. -Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based web tracking and data layer design. -Proficiency in Adobe Launch / Tag Management configuration. -Advanced knowledge of Analysis Workspace, segmentation, and attribution. -Good To Have Skills: -Experience with Adobe Target and experimentation platforms. -Exposure to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). -Experience debugging mobile apps using Assurance, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, or Xcode logs. Additional Information: -The candidate should have 7–10+ years of experience in digital analytics. -Adobe certifications (Analytics Architect / Business Practitioner / Developer) are preferred. -Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-brand digital environments is a plus. -Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are required.
