Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional service, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to diagnose issues and design effective solutions. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain the high standards of our world-class systems, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with client-server architecture and application support. - Familiarity with network protocols and security practices. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
