Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : AWS Administration
Good to have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure, GitLab CI/CD

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing both remote and onsite support for configured services across various platforms. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, ensuring that hardware and software are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, addressing issues that arise in server and network areas, and implementing technology solutions for specific software vendors and brands. Collaboration with team members and other departments will be essential to ensure seamless operations and effective problem resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with server management and network configuration. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools. - Ability to implement and manage security protocols in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
